Repower 99 Peterbilt 379

Im looking to repower my pete from the 3406E to a QSX cummins has any one else ever tried this?? Or what will i be looking at wiring wise?

Well...It's possible but would it be cost effective? That's the question. We haven't done it yet so we cannot be sure. We did have someone who wanted a K38 in their truck though. We haven't gotten any deposit from him though so until then we won't know
